We’re seeking a confident Senior Property Manager with 5+ years’ experience who thrives in a leadership role. This is the perfect next step if you’re looking to mentor and grow your leadership skills—you’ll be mentoring a small team, while still maintaining a hands-on role with a very manageable, high-quality portfolio. You’ll also play a key part in the growth of the business by assisting with BDM initiatives and driving team success.

- OTE of $140K including bonuses/ commissions
- Manage a small portfolio and lead a tight-knit team

- Minimum 5 years' property management experience
- Strong knowledge of NSW legislation, NCAT prep & attendance, best practice

- A proactive problem solver and a service first approach
- Class 2 Licence and driver’s licence
