Senior Property Manager

Tired of juggling weekend opens and long drives across the suburbs? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Mandarin/Cantonese speaking property manager to join a CBD based team. You’ll be managing a clean portfolio with a focus on inspections, leasing, and maintenance — no crazy hours, no weekend work, and plenty of support from the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct routine and ingoing/outgoing inspections with an Unber account
  
  
• Manage leasing, renewals, and maintenance requests
  
  
• Maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants
  
  
• Liaise with trades, strata, and other stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential property management
  
  
• Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable
  
  
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  
  
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer service driven
