What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in Property Management
• Confident leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team support
• A customer-first mindset – you’re known for building trust with landlords and tenants
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

A Typical Day in This Role:

• Overseeing a well-managed, local portfolio of 180 properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and agency standards
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff to help them grow
