This Property Manager position involves:
- Day-to-day management of 180 properties located in the East
- All landlord communication
- Rental arrears management
- Rent reviews and renewals
- Processing insurance claims
- Oversee high-level repairs and renovations
- Tribunal hearings as required
- You will be using PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, and Air Table
- Don’t have to worry about any accounts, leasing, business development, or periodic inspections – these are done for you!
