Your portfolio + responsibilities

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 180 quality properties (mix of houses & apartments) across the Eastern Beaches.
• Be the key contact for landlords, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
• Handle rental arrears, rent reviews, renewals, insurance claims, and NCAT when required.
• Oversee high-level maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Use the latest tech – PropertyMe, Inspection Manager & Airtable – to make your job smoother.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ Property Management experience in NSW.
• Confident with legislation, tribunal, and industry best practice.
• Ideally familiar with PropertyMe.
• Someone driven, proactive, and career-focused – ready to be recognised and rewarded.
