You’ll be stepping into a beautifully maintained, high-end portfolio of around 180 properties (a mix of houses and apartments) — with a fantastic group of loyal landlords who’ve had the same Property Manager for the past four years. This is a smooth, well-supported handover into a stable environment where your relationships and results will be genuinely valued.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of your portfolio ( 160 - 180) arrears, renewals, rent reviews, insurance, maintenance, and NCAT when required.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Using PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, and Airtable to streamline communication and efficiency.
- Delivering outstanding service within a team that truly appreciates your professionalism.
- Security & balance – Monday to Friday only, with an occasional Saturday if leasing overflow requires.

- Minimum 3 years’ Property Management experience in NSW.
- Confident with legislation, tribunal processes, and industry best practice.
- Ideally experienced with PropertyMe.
