Senior Property Manager

Perfect opportunity for a Senior Property Manager who wants total autonomy running this residential portfolio of just shy of 100 properties for established private Property Group based in the St Leonards area. Working in with a team of Commercial Property Managers and Buyers Agency this is an office that is super busy & hugely successful and where everyone works towards a common goal.  This close knit team works hard and fast but also take plenty of time for social activities and time out to bond as a team!
 
The role:

Overseeing every aspect of this portfolio easy of your days will include:
 

• Full management of a portfolio of 100 properties
• Using systems such as REST, Filesmart & Inspection Manager
• Work with internal agents to secure new managements
• Oversee part time Leasing Consultant - view to full time once business grows
• Work with full time account

 
The successful Candidate:
 

• Will have at least 3 years Property Manager exp
• Wants to work autonomously reporting into Director
• Has a can do attitude with strong multitasking skills
• Has solid attention to detail and good knowledge of the Act
• Exemplary customer service skills and great energy
• The ability to work closely within a small team
