The Role:
This rapidly expanding department is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team and take on a portfolio of 160 managements, with tasks including:
- Tenant and landlord liaising
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Client relationship management
- NO accounts & NO BDM
- Experienced BDM to support you
Skills and Experience:
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Reliable car and driver’s license
- 3-5+ years real estate experience
- Knowledge of Property Tree advantageous
- Immaculately presented
- Team player
- Highly organised and driven to succeed
- Monday to Friday role
- Salary up to $90,000
- Loads of admin support and very client relationship focused
- Be supported to successfully run and grow your own portfolio
- Work for a dynamic and rapidly expanding agency
