On-site Property Manager needed for leading Property Group based in their Inner-City offices. With an incredible tight knit group of Property Managers looking after this groups Property Management portfolio spread across the Sydney region, there is plenty of room to progress as they continue to organically grow. The role:
Reporting into the Director of Property Management this role will see you looking after their 3 Inner City portfolios which are all in walking distance of one another. With a portfolio of around 200 properties you will be given assistance by your own full time, experience Property Officer so you will be able to handle this portfolio effectively and efficiently.

The role:
Reporting into the Director of Property Management this role will see you looking after their 3 Inner City portfolios which are all in walking distance of one another. With a portfolio of around 200 properties you will be given assistance by your own full time, experience Property Officer so you will be able to handle this portfolio effectively and efficiently.
Duties will include:
- Complete control of rent roll of around 200
- Landlord liaison
- Arrears control
- Periodic and outgoings
- Defect issues (in new building)
- Managing escalated issues
- Attend and prepare for tribunal
- At least 2 years experience in a Property Manager role
- Great knowledge of the Act
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Immaculate in presentation
- Fierce work ethic as there is great room for progression
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- Knowledge of Property Tree & Inspection Manager
- Work for a renowned Property Group
- Monday to Friday only
- No car needed – on site role
