A long term client to Resolver Recruitment, this office is one of the most successful within their franchise group and has gone from strength to strength over the last 10 years. Based in designer offices by the beach, they are going through huge growth phase and as such they are looking for a new Senior Property Manager to join them. With a solid rent roll of loyal clients they are now looking to keep growing this rent roll and need a new Senior Property Manager to be instrumental in facilitating this growth.
The role:
Working closely with their BDM / Leasing Consultant you will need to be across the current rent roll of 200 residential properties and will be able to bed down the new incoming properties with a focus on client relationship management. This role will encompass all the usual responsibilities including:

The role:
Working closely with their BDM / Leasing Consultant you will need to be across the current rent roll of 200 residential properties and will be able to bed down the new incoming properties with a focus on client relationship management. This role will encompass all the usual responsibilities including:
- Managing a portfolio of 200 properties
- All landlord contact
- Repairs and maintenance
- Renewals and reviews
- Arrears management
- Periodic condition reports
- Bond & insurance claims
- Tribunal attendance when necessary
- Will have at least 3 years Property Management experience
- Hold relevant qualifications
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be committed to delivering the best customer service possible
- Will be able to help develop a team
- Have proven knowledge of the Act
- A pure Monday to Friday role
