About the role: 

You will be working closely with a tight knit team in a fast paced and dynamic office environment. Daily tasks will include: 

• Full 360 Property Management of 200 residential properties
• Manage arrears
• Conduct rental reviews and renewals
• Organise repairs and maintenance
• Ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Management of bonds, process claims, attend tribunal

 
Skills and Experience needed: 

• A minimum of 3 years portfolio management experience
• Impeccable customer service experience essential
• Self-motivated and highly organised individual with a proactive and can-doattitude 
• Immaculate presentation and communication skills
• Valid and up to date qualifications
• Knowledge of Property Me highly desirable but not essential
