The role:
Working alongside a property manager and leasing consultant, your daily tasks will include:
- Manage a portfolio of 150 properties (bulk are houses)
- Full end to end property management role
- Liaise and provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings
- Coordinate lease renewals, manage lease negotiations and rent reviews
- Preparing claims for rental bonds
The Candidate:
- Will have at least 5 years’ experience managing their own portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Essential to have a can-do attitude
- Team player working closely with a property manager and Leasing Officer
- Strong understanding of the current legislation
- Good admin and time management skills
- Great leadership skills
- Identify new business opportunities
- A passion for Property Management
