Managing a portfolio of around 180 properties but growing, this is a senior level role, so you will need to know your stuff and be ready to hit the ground running. You will have the support of a leasing officer and admin team, so you can spend your work week concentrating on your clients and providing them with exceptional service.

The role:
- Managing portfolio of 180 properties
- Landlord and tenant client care
- Manage arrears, coordinate repairs & maintenance
- Lease renewals & rent reviews
- Ingoing, periodic and outgoing inspections
- Processing rental bonds
- Tribunals and insurance claims
- Be confident in managing a small team
- Have at least 2 years managing your own portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and a positive influence amongst your colleagues
- Strong understanding of the current legislation
- Great time management skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
