Senior Property Manager

The role:

• Manage a portfolio of 220 residential properties
• Handle all tenant and landlord communication
• Prepare for an attend tribunal
• In/outgoing inspections
• Manage rental reviews and renewals
• Manage repairs & maintenance issues
• Routine inspections.

Experience:

• At least 5-6 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A valid driver's Licence & reliable car
• Immaculate presentation & clear communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• A team player who is easy-going and mature
