The role:
- Client management of landlords and tenants
- Inspections
- Rent reviews, rent increases and lease renewals
- Manage arrears for your portfolio
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears and bond management
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Process insurance claims as required
The ideal candidate:
To be considered for this role will be required to have at least 2-3 years experience in Residential Property Management. You will be immaculately presented, an outstanding communicator across multiple demographics and a creative, self-motivated thinker. Other essentials for this role are:
- Be proficient in using Property Me
- Be a career Property Manager & team player
- Current certificate of registration or licence
- A current drivers licence + reliable car
- Strong knowledge of the Act
- Positive & ambitious attitude
