About our Client:
Our client is a small, boutique Property Group nestled in stunning offices in the heart of Woollahra; only working on the prestige enf of the market with properties ranginfr from $1000 - $5000 per week this is a group that loves coming to work each day and the culture and envorponemtn is just a dream! Currently we are looking for a Senior Property Manager to come in and work beside the other Senior Property Manager managing around 100 properties each.
The role & responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of 100 high end properties, this role will incorporate all aspects of 360 degree Property Management with the assistance of a Junior Property Manager. This role includes but is not limited to:

The role & responsibilities:

- Showing properties for lease
- Processing tenancy applications
- Repairs and maintenance
- New business prospecting & appraisals
- Ingoing/ outgoing & periodic inspections
- All trust accounting procedures
- Tribunal preparation & attendance
- A minimum of 3 years Property Managers experience
- REST, Filesmart including EOM experience preferred
- Ability to communicate at an executive level
- Strong attention to detail
- A high level of written & verbal communication skills
