You’ll be provided with parking, a laptop, and a mobile phone, and you’ll enjoy genuine career progression as the portfolio continues to grow. Some homes will also require furnishing from time to time, so an interest in interiors, styling, and design will be a welcome strength.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the landlord across a prestige portfolio of luxury residential properties.
- Coordinating marketing, leasing, inspections, and tenant onboarding (primarily Eastern Suburbs).
- Managing both short-term and long-term rentals to an exceptional standard.
- Overseeing preventative and ad-hoc maintenance to keep properties immaculate.
- Conducting proactive rental reviews and ensuring strong compliance across all tenancies.
- Managing keys, access, and daily portfolio operations.
- Liaising with high-level tenants, trades, and service providers.
- Working with strata and staying across building or maintenance issues.
- Creating and maintaining systems to streamline portfolio operations.
- Assisting with the furnishing and styling of premium homes when required.
- 2–4 years’ experience in residential property management.
- Exposure to residential property management or leasing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality — essential when dealing with HNWI individuals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and polished presentation.
- Working knowledge of PropertyTree or PropertyMe
- Ability to implement/ set up workflows/systems within these platforms.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Professional, calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Act as the landlord for an elite private family office.
