About the role
You’ll act as the landlord for a private portfolio of around 70 high-end Eastern Suburbs homes, managing short- and long-term rentals, coordinating external agents where needed, and ensuring properties are cared for to a premium standard.

You’ll work within a discreet private family office managing a high-value residential portfolio. The environment values trust, professionalism, and long-term relationships over volume or churn.

About the role
You’ll act as the landlord for a private portfolio of around 70 high-end Eastern Suburbs homes, managing short- and long-term rentals, coordinating external agents where needed, and ensuring properties are cared for to a premium standard.
Key responsibilities
- Act as landlord across a private luxury residential portfolio
- Oversee leasing, inspections, and tenant onboarding
- Manage short- and long-term rentals end to end
- Liaise with and oversee external short-term rental agents
- Coordinate maintenance, strata matters, and daily operations
- 2–4 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong communication skills and professional judgement
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of PropertyTree or PropertyMe
- Ability to build and refine systems and workflows
- Long-term role within a private family office
- Real work–life balance without high-volume portfolio stress
- Clear ownership of a manageable, quality-focused portfolio
