A long-standing Lower North Shore client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its well-established, highly supportive team.
This is a true senior role managing a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties, with all routines, leasing and trust accounting removed - allowing you to focus on relationships, service and problem-solving.

- Salary package up to $120,000 (incl. super + car allowance)
- Monthly KPI-based bonuses
- Estimated annual bonus earnings of $17k–$20k

- Customer Service centric – upbeat & friendly personality
- Minimum 4+ years’ Property Management experienced
- Class 2 License ideally but C of R considered
- Solid experience with insurance and NCAT
- Fun & engaging and able to work with a high-hearted team
- Organised, reliable and proactive
