A long-standing Lower North Shore agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their highly regarded, well-structured Property Management department! This is a genuine senior opportunity designed for an established PM who wants to focus on quality service, complex problem-solving & relationship management - without the usual operational overload!
You’ll manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties, with no routine inspections, no leasing responsibilities & no trust accounting. Your focus will be on landlord & tenant relationships, insurance claims, NCAT matters & resolving issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach. You’ll be supported by a strong team environment where collaboration, professionalism & long-term retention are genuinely valued.
Perks & Benefits:
• Salary package up to $120,000 including super & car allowance
• Monthly KPI bonuses with estimated annual bonuses of $17k–$20k

Who we’re looking for:
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in end-to-end Property Management
• Strong experience handling insurance claims & NCAT matters
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Highly organised, proactive & reliable
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, team-based PM department
