This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to step out of the traditional agency model and manage a private luxury residential portfolio.
Working directly for a private family office, you’ll oversee a collection of high-end Eastern Suburbs homes, acting as the landlord and managing both short- and long-term tenancies.
Instead of juggling hundreds of tenants and landlords, you’ll focus on a single portfolio, ensuring properties are professionally managed, systems run smoothly, and homes are maintained to a premium standard.

Manage a private residential portfolio of 70 high-end Eastern Suburbs properties, overseeing leasing, tenants, and property operations while acting as landlord for a private family office.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as landlord across a private luxury residential portfolio
- Manage leasing, inspections, and tenant onboarding
- Oversee short- and long-term rentals end-to-end
- Liaise with and manage external short-term rental agents
- Coordinate maintenance, strata matters, and daily operations
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential property management
- NSW Class 2 Licence minimum
- Confident in managing tenant relationships and property operations
- Experience with PropertyTree or PropertyMe
- Strong judgement, discretion, and attention to detail
- Work directly for a private family office with a long-term investment horizon
- Manage a single landlord portfolio rather than multiple clients
