The role:
You must have proven experience as a residential property manager with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service to succeed in this role. In addition, you must have in-depth knowledge of the Residential Property Management Act, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
A current Real Estate Certificate/license and a valid driver's license are also essential.

The role:
- This is a Monday-to-Friday role with plenty of support,
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.
- You will conduct routine property inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and manage lease agreements.
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will promptly and professionally handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
