The Role:
- Manage your own portfolio of 180 properties
- Landlord and tenant client care
- Manage arrears
- Rental reviews and renewals
- Organise repairs and maintenance
- Ingoing, periodic and outgoing inspections
- Management of bonds
- Tribunal and insurance claims
- At least 3+ years' experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Experience using REST and Inspection Manager is favourable but not essential
- Local Inner West market knowledge would be great!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Immaculatle presentation
- Holds a high level of accountability and is able to meet diverse priortiies at any time
- You will be a team player and step in when and need be to help out your colleagues
- Start 2021 off with a fantastic new role!

- Admin and leasing support provided
- Monday to Friday only (occasional Saturday required for leasing overflow)
- Salary package up to $85,000 plus commissions for new business
- Mobile phone provided for work purposes
