The Role
In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day management of 320 residential properties, including landlord communication, rental arrears, rent reviews and renewals, insurance claims, high-level repairs and renovations, and tribunal attendance. You'll use PropertyMe and Inspection Manager software, and won't need to worry about accounts, leasing, business development, or periodic inspections.
To qualify for this role, you must have previous experience in Senior Property Management, a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, and a reliable car with a current NSW Driver's License.
