This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Department Head / Senior Property Manager to join a dynamic boutique Property Group. They are rapidly expanding in the build-to-rent space, with ambitious plans for growth across the entire Sydney Region and options for interstate. This role is perfect for an ambitious Senior Property Manager who has their sights set on a Department Head / Operations Manager position in the near future.
As part of this close-knit team of four, you will manage a portfolio of 250 properties in Caste Hill, with an additional 50 houses under management locally. You will have full support from the Director, an experienced full-time Leasing Agent, and a VA team in the Philippines. Your main focus will be on tenant management and ensuring the seamless operation of the portfolio.

The ideal candidate:
- Will have several years exp as a Senior Property Manager
- Hold an Agents Certificate or License
- Be customer focused with great people skills
- Have great energy & enthusiasm for the role
- BE competent on Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate & Flick it over (Advantageous)
- Able to work autonomously yet be a great part of the team
