A fantastic opportunity has come our way for a Senior Property Manager with this recognised and respected Boutique office in Crows Nest on the Lower North Shore.
You'll be part of a fantastic team culture, with great friendships and ongoing training from highly experienced team members around you. The long-standing Department Head will provide leadership, mentoring and an ear to workshop any arising issues, and you'll have access to proven progression plans. This office really believes in staff well-being, and with a huge amount of support, you can be assured you're not taking your work home + there is a car space and mobile phone provided so you are not running out to move your car or taking after-hours calls on your personal mobile.
The job entails managing 220 residential managements, landlord communication, rental arrears, rent reviews and renewals, insurance claims, high-level repairs/renovations, and tribunal attendance. You'll work with PropertyTree and Inspection Manager, and there's no need to worry about accounts, leasing, business development, or periodic inspections.
To secure this amazing role, you need to have previous Property Management Industry experience, a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, and a reliable car with a current NSW Driver's License.
