Join an esteemed Real Estate team in Double Bay, a leading agency renowned for its fantastic service and dedication to property management. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of 180 properties. This role is integral to our operations, offering a structured and supportive environment where you can excel.
Role Overview
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 180 properties. This role focuses solely on property management with no involvement in leasing, business development, or accounts. You will be supported by overflow staff and provided with the necessary tools to succeed, including a phone and access to PropertyTree, DocuSign, and Inspection Manager. Please note, this role requires working on-site in our Double Bay office with no option for working from home.
Key Responsibilities
You MUST HAVE 2-3 years' experience as a Property Manager, a valid COR, Drivers License and car. To be successful, your attitude should be professional, proactive with a commitment to achieving KPIs. If you match this criteria and describe yourself as organised, effective communicator then this role could be for you!
Benefits include 1% bonus on management fees based on KPI targets, a work phone provided and a supportive team to help with overflow.
