The Role
Manage between 170 - 180 properties using Property Tree, Flk it Over and Inspection Manager to streamline operations. You will focus on tenant and landlord communications with a mostly in-office role; support covering leasing, routines, ingoings and accounts means you can focus on the every day management of your assigned properties! This is a Monday - Friday role only, with the option to work from home once a week on either a Tuesday or Wednesday.
You MUST have at least 2 years experience in a 360 Property Management role, looking after a similarly sized portfolio. A valid Certificate of Registration, drivers license and reliable car is essential.
