- 3 days per week (flexible on days)
- Managing maintenance, outgoings, and finalising routine inspections on a portfolio of 100-150 properties
- Handling and approving tenancy applications and handling various other PM tasks
- Programs: PropertyTree & Inspection Manager
- Some driving required (on-site company car available)
Candidate Requirements
- Senior Property Management or leadership experience
- Familiarity with PropertyTree & Inspection Manager software highly regarded
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Full NSW Driver’s Licence
- Confident driving in and around the CBD
