Senior Property Manager - Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has presented itself with one of our favourite long standing clients who is looking for a Team Leader / Senior Property Manager to take over the reins of their premier portfolio of 400 Residential Properties. Take full ownership for this team you will be working side by side the business owners to ensure that this portfolio is maintained and grown whist ensuring that the team are working to their best through ongoing training, mentoring and leadership. Working with a leading franchise brand you can be assured you and your team will be given all the tools for success and are supported each and every day.

The Role:

Overseeing this department of 400 properties you will:

• Oversee & mentor Property Manager and Leasing Consultant
• Manage escalated arrears
• Rental reviews and renewals
• NCAT and insurance claims
• Management of bonds
• Landlord liason

 
Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 year experience managing a portfolio
• Lower North Shore market knowledge preferred
• A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
• A team player with excellent client care skills
• Polished written & verbal communication
• Genuine passion for property management
• Property Tree and Inspection Manager experience preferred
