Senior Property Manger

We are offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who is looking to work with a well-respected agency and award winning agency in the Lower Northshore suburb of Mosman. This agency has strong property management processes that position them at the forefront of leading industry practice. You will love coming to work every day and being a part of this vibrant and buzzing Property Management team with an absolute commitment to delivering an outstanding service to their local market.
 
The role:

• All aspects of Property Management
• 300 managements with the support of an assistant PM, accounts and admin
• Respond to all landlord and tenant enquiries
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Arrears management   
• No leasing, routines or ingoings
• Work 1 Saturday/ month to relieve the PO, day off in lieu  

The candidate:

• Must have minimum 2-3 property management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a great work ethic
• Immaculate presentation
• Must have Certificate of Registration & own car
