Settlements Coordinator

This long-standing client of mine is a well-regarded Tier 2 developer in Sydney with a huge couple of years ahead, including around 1,000 properties due for completion in 2026. They’re now looking for a Settlements Coordinator to join their established Client Care & Delivery team and help manage the final stage of the purchaser journey — from “almost finished” to “keys in hand.”

You’ll be one of four team members working closely together to deliver an exceptional purchaser experience. This is a genuinely collaborative environment where everyone plays a part in making settlements smooth, positive and well-coordinated.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting Pre-Settlement Inspections and walkthroughs for newly completed apartments
• Coordinating key handovers and ensuring purchasers have a smooth, positive handover experience
• Facilitating access for valuations ahead of settlements
• Booking appointments and managing communications with buyers, valuers, and internal teams
• Periodically inspecting unsold completed stock to ensure apartments are clean, operational and presentation-ready
• Pitching in with the team during busy settlement and handover periods so everything stays on track

What you’ll bring

• A proactive, upbeat attitude and a genuine love of creating great customer experiences
• Confident communication and strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• The ability to work independently while being very much part of a supportive, hands-on team
• Solid computer skills (email, calendar; Salesforce experience is a plus)
• A driver’s licence and reliable transport for site travel
