Our client is a leading Property Consultancy that collaborates with renowned Property Developers in Sydney and Melbourne. With numerous apartment settlements planned over the next 18 months, we are seeking a highly experienced Settlements Manager.
This role will involve working closely with the Director of this business and the Senior Leaders of these Development Groups to tailor the specific settlement process for each development, ensuring the highest level of client and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a property developer or settlements team and will have strong relationship-building skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, customer-centric focus, excellent time management skills, proactive initiative, autonomy in work, flexibility to handle ad-hoc requests, and a willingness to engage as needed.

- maintaining communication with all buyers post unconditional exchange
- coordinating pre-settlement activities
- providing project updates
- managing the settlement process
- attending valuation and pre-settlement inspections
- managing defect reports with builder
- facilitating key handovers
