About the role:
- Coordinate the full settlement process for client property purchases
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, lenders, conveyancers, and developers
- Review and prepare documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Monitor settlement milestones and critical dates so nothing is missed
- Manage financial disbursements and confirm correct payments to all parties
- Act as the client’s main point of contact during settlement
- Provide professional, timely updates to clients and stakeholders
- Previous experience in settlements, conveyancing, mortgage, or property administration
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- A people-first mindset with the ability to manage client relationships
- Capability to handle multiple files and deadlines with ease
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
