Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage Contracts of Sale for residential and investment properties
- Track contract milestones, including cooling-off periods, finance clauses, building inspections and settlement dates
- Act as the primary liaison between agents, clients, conveyancers, solicitors, brokers, and selling agents
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legislative requirements
- Identify and flag contractual risks or issues to agents and the leadership team
- Work closely with agents, admin, and post-settlement teams
- Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation
- Previous experience in property contracts, conveyancing, legal support, or real estate administration
- Strong understanding of residential property contracts and settlement processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SMSF, investment, and off-market transactions
