The job:
Join this team as a Strata Manager, where you'll team up with a Director to supervise approximately 40 buildings. Your exciting duties will involve:
- Portfolio management
- Supervising an Assistant
- Cultivating client and stakeholder relationships
- Handling communication via phone and writing
- Offering advice in line with current legislation
- Resolving disputes
- Overseeing maintenance and projects
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Managing contracts
- Preparing meeting agendas, leading committee meetings, and documenting meeting minutes.
If you have 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Strata Manager or in Strata Management, you're the perfect fit! Key skills include time management, conflict resolution, and relationship-building.
- What we're looking for:
- Background in Strata Management
- Familiarity with BMC & CA
- Stellar written & verbal communication
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Advanced computer skills
- Current Strata Certificate/License
