Have you been looking to progress your career with a growing and expanding company? We are calling all assistant strata managers & strata managers who are wanting to progress their careers and those who are looking for a change of pace in there current strata role to join our Strata Management client as they acquire more business to join them on this growth journey!
Current portfolio is 70-80 plans, with around 1100 - 1200 lots in total, managed by 2 strata managers.
Primarily a residential portfolio with a couple with a cafe or similar on ground floor. Any commercial buildings are run by director.
No accounts work required.
Remuneration based on experience.
Flexible working hours, 3-4 days in office, Friday WFH
Primarily high end calibre buildings
Looking for an assistant strata manager that might want to step out from underneath a strata manager or away from the more traditional slightly old school kind of offices. Alternatively a strata manager who wants to be part of a growth story. Current employee is going on leave for 1-2 months and then when they return, will be going into a BDM role. Looking for someone ASAP ideally by the end of the month- it could be YOU!
