What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take charge of a well-maintained portfolio, providing exceptional service and oversight to ensure every building operates seamlessly.
- Interact with owners, tenants, and committees, solving issues and fostering positive relationships.
- Oversee daily operations of the portfolio, manage maintenance requests, handle finances, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work with a dedicated strata assistant and a supportive team to deliver top-notch results.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, keeping the Strata Committees updated and content
- Tackle challenges proactively, ensuring smooth resolution of any disputes or concerns.
- You have a solid background in strata management and will be qualified with a Class 2 Strata Management License.
- A natural collaborator with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with strata management software and standard office applications.
