What You’ll Be Doing:
As the right hand person for all things Admin to the the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping everything humming behind the scenes. Your days will be fast-paced, full of variety, and incredibly rewarding and will include the following:
- Manage holding deposits/units, issue contracts, and track exchanges
- Prepare and check sales advices
- Upload and maintain property activity on on the sales portal
- Organise display suite collateral
- Daily updates of offers and buyer data on Salesforce
- Respond to channel agent queries around measurements, deposits, and unit details
- Chase outstanding offers and deposits
- Pull Salesforce reports and manage accompanying Excel sheets
- Cross-check sales details for accuracy
- Provide full backup support to the Head of Sales Operations
- Assist at project launches and attend occasional site/display suite visits
- Handle ad hoc admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- You’ve got 2+ years of experience in real estate or property admin
- You know your way around CRM (ideally salesforce)
- You’re super organised, detail-focused, and love a deadline
- You’re quick-thinking, solution-focused, and work well autonomously
