Team Assistant

The opportunity:
 
Working out of stunning offices in Sydney’s Inner South, this broad role will encompass a variety of tasks including:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Inbox management, answering calls and scheduling appointments
• Diary and travel management
• Assist with accounts
• Assist with reporting, taking minutes and presentation preparations
• Managing of marketing and advertisements
• Database management
• Ad Hoc duties as required

 
The Candidate:

• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
• Team player, glowing personality with a fun sense of humour
• Strong work ethic with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different situations
• Experience with AgentBox highly desirable
• MUST hold a current Certificate of Registration
