You’ll be the first General Manager onsite for this new building and you’ll shape how the building runs, how the team operates and how the resident experience feels.

About the Role

Key responsibilities
- Establish onsite operations pre- and post-completion
- Lead a Leasing Agent and Resident Experience team member
- Oversee leasing, handovers and ongoing property management delivery
- Act as the primary liaison to the corporate landlord
- Drive community engagement and resident retention
Skills & Experience
- Class 1 Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Strong residential property management background
- Proven experience leading and developing people
- Confident presenting and reporting to corporate stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a community-first approach
