Our client is a renowned Strata Group situated within walking distance of North Sydney station. We are currently seeking a proficient Strata or Real Estate Trust Accountant to manage and supervise financial transactions and reporting for strata trust accounts within this Group.

Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile strata trust accounts.
- Process financial transactions and assist with investment accounts.
- Prepare budgets and reports for AGMs.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding of trust accounts.
- Manage debt recovery and quarterly BAS lodgments.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Communicate with clients to address financial inquiries.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Bachelor's in accounting or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Trust Accountant in strata or real estate.
- Proficiency in trust accounting and liaising with external accountants.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with strata managers and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Experience with MRI’s Strata Master, File Smart, and Strata Connect is a plus.
