Just a stone's throw from North Sydney station, this boutique Strata Group is on the hunt for a skilled Trust Accountant specialising in strata. The job includes managing financial transactions and reporting for the company's strata trust accounts. They're expanding and want to bring another Trust Accountant onto their team of three.

Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile strata trust accounts.
- Process financial transactions and assist with investment accounts.
- Prepare budgets and reports for AGMs.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding of trust accounts.
- Manage debt recovery and quarterly BAS lodgments.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Communicate with clients to address financial inquiries.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Trust Accountant in strata
- Proficiency in trust accounting and liaising with external accountants.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with strata managers and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Experience with MRI’s Strata Master, File Smart, and Strata Connect is a plus.
