Job Description

We are working with one of the Lower North Shores fastest growing Franchise Groups in their search for a new Senior Property Manager / Department Head to take over the reins of this thriving Property Management Department. Located in near new designer offices in a prominent Lower North Shore location this office is going from strength to strength with no sign of slowing down.

The opportunity:

An already thriving department of 200, this pure Monday to Friday role will see you taking on the role of Leader and will involve you really making this department your own. You will be someone who is strong with systems, procedures and checklists and you will be confident in your ability to streamline this department to facilitate further growth. Working as a side by side partnership with these successful Directors, you can be assured that Property Management is an important part of this business and you will be supported in everything you do.

The role:

A full 360 Property Management role with support from an experienced Leasing Consultant / Property Officer each day will consist of:

  • Managing this portfolio of 200 properties
  • Landlord and Tenant contact
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Renewals and reviews
  • Arrears management
  • Periodic condition reports
  • Bond & insurance claims
  • Tribunal attendance when necessary
  • Receipting and EOM duties
  • Experience with Property Tree ideal (can be trained)

The Candidate:

  • Will have at least 3 years Property Management experience at a senior level
  • Hold relevant qualifications
  • Be a strong leader with the passion to grow this department
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Be committed to delivering the best customer service possible
  • Will be able to further train and develop a team
  • Have proven knowledge of the Act
