TIRED OF THE DAY TO DAY GRIND OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND LOOKING FOR A 6 FIGURE INCOME?

Are you an experienced Property Manager who is looking for a new challenge within the Real Estate industry without being bogged down with Landlords, Tenants etc? Are you looking for a role where your strong organisational, communication and people skills are truly appreciated? This role is an incredibly exciting opportunity that will see you working alongside the Number 1 Buyers Agent on the Lower North Shore / Northern Beaches. Working autonomously you will need to be able to manage the office, develop relationships with Real Estate Agents and be confident in reporting back to Clients on their Property search. You will ideally have 4 years experience in Property Management and will most definitely have thorough knowledge of the Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches, and upper north shore.

The role:

Will be varied, interesting and challenging and will involve a multitude of tasks including:

  • Preparing & producing marketing
  • Taking client briefs
  • Attending open for inspections
  • Property researching
  • Organising seminars
  • Some general bookkeeping
  • Administration support to the MD
  • Company strategy and implementation of new ideas

Working side by side this offices busy Managing Director you will need to be across all areas of the business and be able to report to him on a daily basis; you will need to build and develop relationships with all of the clients that come into the business as well as maintain relationships with previous Clients; the ability to build rapport with local agents to acquire off market stock is essential. Strong organisational skills, an excellent ability to multi-task and a high level of written and verbal communication skills are essential for this terrific role.
