Job Description

The role:

This is the perfect role for someone looking for something different to your traditional and mundane administration role. Based in the CBD this role will see you work in a fast-paced corporate office environment where you have the opportunity to work with a high performing team. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Sales advices and relating correspondence
  • Answer and directing all inbound calls
  • Marketing co-ordination including booking photoshoots and print media
  • Preparation of open home packs and prelisting kits
  • Social media management
  • Data entry of files, order office supplies and other ad hoc duties

Experience required:

  • Strong administration experience within a real estate agency
  • Professional, polished appearance and corporate dress
  • A current certificate of registration or willing to obtain one
  • High level computer skills and thorough IT knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills
