We are looking for a new Candidate Manager / Candidate Resourcer to join our team. You will be given plenty of training and mentoring which will allow you to develop your skills - you will be supported by our Senior Consultants.

The role:

You will be working closely with our Senior Real Estate Consultants to source top quality Candidates to work in some of Sydney's top Real Estate offices. Each of your days will be fast paced and busy and will include:

  • Calling through our database of qualified Candidates
  • Creating and uploading ads through our database
  • Match Candidates and clients through interviewing
  • Interviewing Candidates seeking new roles
  • Search for Candidates through various avenues
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Negotiate salaries & terms of conditions for employment
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

The Successful Candidate:

Will be someone who has a great work ethic, can develop and nurture strong relationships and who is prepared to work hard to ensure their long term success. Essentials include:

  • Strong background in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Being able to work as part of a close knit team
  • Confident on the phone and face to face
  • Background in Recruitment or Real Estate is desirable
  • Great computer skills
