Job Description

This multi award winning boutique real estate agency has made some big waves in Western Sydney in the last 3 years. With dominant market share in four key locations and incredibly low staff turnover this group is one that will help propel your real estate career to new levels. Set in a large modern office space with sales, property management and finance teams they have some sizeable growth plans that one lucky candidate can take full advantage of.

The Role:

This role will see you work in a successful and fast paced sales department managing all of the buyer inquiry and negotiations. A Monday - Saturday role (with a day off through the week) will see you focus on servicing buyers throughout their search for a live in home or investment property. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Responding to and qualifying all inbound buyer inquiries
  • Negotiations sales directly with buyers
  • Buyer call backs after open homes and private inspections
  • Manager and update the buyer database
  • Attend open for inspections and private appointments
  • Calling through database to update buyers on new listings
  • Attend weekly training sessions with the sales team

Experience required:

  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • A clean driver's license and reliable car
  • 12 months experience in a junior agent or leasing role
  • An understanding of the sales process
  • Drive to follow KPI's and to progress within the business
  • A hunger for sales and desire to work as a sales agent long term
