My client is a well established and national brand with a top performing sales team. Located in the Eastern Suburbs they are seeking a super star marketing manager to join their team and take property and agent marketing to the next level.
In the short term this role will also include some aspects of property administration, however you focus will be:
- Sales administration
- Create marketing collateral for office, agent & property
- Office PR
- Co-ordinate all marketing & advertising
- Social media planning, content creation & management
- Manage print and digital marketing platforms
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
It is essential that you have a strong creative flair & marketing knowledge and have experience within the property marketing space, creating, designing and establishing marketing collateral and advanced knowledge of Indesign. A strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and willingness to operate as part of a team are also essential requirements.
Although not essential, a marketing qualification will be highly regarded.
