We are a boutique Real Estate and Property Recruitment agency based in incredible offices in the heart of the CBD. The Opportunity:

Currently we are looking for a fast-paced, high energy and level headed Personal Assistant to work one on one with our busy Director & Founder. This position has become available due to the internal promotion of one of our team and with solid expansion plans in place the opportunity for growth is endless.

Day to day tasks will be varied and will include:
  • Full diary and email management
  • Database management input files, vacancies & ongoing maintenance
  • Candidate screening & booking meetings
  • Preparing Candidate detail summaries
  • Researching and preparing prospective client lists
  • Organising external meetings
  • Candidate and client check ins
  • Sending all assignment confirmations
  • Assist to fill vacancies
  • Ad hoc duties as required
Essential skills required:
  • At least 3 years PA exp ideally in Real Estate or HR
  • A hard working, determined & can-do attitude
  • Excellent ability to listen & understand people
  • Ability to follow instructions with think independently
  • High level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • An excellent level of written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills
  • Previous CRM experience preferred
