My client is one of the key private property groups with offices along the East Coast and internationally. With an ever expanding team this established and fast growing company is starting to gain some momentum in Sydney within project sales and marketing and in turn has attracted a large pool of developers looking to have their off plan apartments and house/land packages sold.
A pure sales role that will see you report to the Sales Manager, you will work from the CBD based head office and various display suites throughout Sydney selling exclusive and nonexclusive off plan projects. This role does require weekend work but full days off in lieu of working weekends is on offer to ensure work life balance.
- A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- Fluent Mandarin desirable but not essential
- 12 -24 months off plan sales experience
- Solid knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills

A base salary of $45,000 + superannuation + car allowance and commissions, you will also be given buyer leads, access to a Salesforce database to work through old buyer inquiry, exclusive and non-exclusive projects, state of the art display suites along with full administration and marketing support.
